Soldier Recruiting Convention 2004, Bovington

The Soldier Recruiting Convention 2004 was held at Bovington in November 2004 to "raise and discuss recruiting issues with members of Recruiting Group and the wider LAND partnership." It was not a formal "best practice" forum, but rather used by recruiters to exchange ideas and to discuss innovations in recruiting practice. It also provided a symposium to discuss wider issues; for instance a representative of the Muslim Council of Britain delivered the final address.

A Post Exercise Report was distributed as a follow up to the Convention. A copy is attached.[1]
