Army Cuts in Basic Education

  It is not the case that basic education had been taken away from the Army. There has been a three-week reduction in the Junior Entry Army Development Course at ATR Bassingbourn, but this has affected Bassingbourn only and has not changed the Army's overall basic skills policy.
