Accused formally charged with bullying. Pleaded guilty at Court Martial and was disrated with loss of good conduct badge and four other badges.

Inappropriate comments and touching by senior rate instructor towards five Part 1 female trainees during instruction and whilst attending end of course run ashore.

Instructor is the accused and charged as above.

  Where discipline action has been indicated this has been reflected in the statistics provided for Question 8.

  The Confidential Support Line (CSL) aims to provide a reliable, supportive listening service to military personnel and their families. Between April to December 2003 the CSL received 11 calls from RN personnel concerning Psychological Abuse, five calls concerning Verbal Abuse, two calls concerning Physical Abuse. There is no way of identifying the location of the caller so these calls cannot be linked to training establishments.
