  If you want this Bill to work do not use the RSPCA. Unless it's cats and dogs. The RSPCA is ignorant about any type of animal, especially wild animals. If you phone the RSPCA about wild animals and birds, they just do not want to know.

  Please use people who know about animals to make this Bill work.
