The Committee wishes to receive a supplementary
memorandum, setting out the process and procedures envisaged for
January's elections in Iraq. Any other information you are able
to give us relating to the proposed elections would be welcomed.
It would be particularly helpful if the supplementary
memorandum could reach us not later than Tuesday 14 December.
