39. Eighth supplementary memorandum

I attach some further information on the measures
outlined in yesterday's note.
This sets out the definitons of the measures,
the targets for 2003-04 and the outturns for the same year. All
measures have been introduced centrally in recent years with the
exception of Offending Behaviour Programmes which has been a Prison
Service KPI since 1996-97.

found in the Prison Service Annual Report and Accounts, which
is available on the Prison service website (www.hmprisonservice.gov.uk).
