    —  Remit for Senior Careers Advisory Service to support those with potential to become chief officers (and police staff equivalent)

    —  National recruiting standards for those with language skills (other than English)

    —  Standard exit interview frameworks

    —  Exercises to encourage successful professionals from ethnic minorities to apply for entry into senior ranks of the police service

    —  Flexible training packages that are non-residential/part time to support the full diversity of attendees

    —  Code of Practice on Police Information management

    —  Code of Practice on the National Intelligence Model

    —  Guidance and support in dealing with level 2 criminality
