Ordered, That the Chairman's
draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs entitled 'Summary' read and postponed.

read and agreed to.
Postponed paragraphs
entitled 'Summary' read again and agreed to.
Resolved,
That the Report be the Fifth Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered,
That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
Ordered,
That the Executive Summary of the report of the International
Commission of Inquiry on Darfur be appended to the Report—(The
Chairman).
Ordered,
That the provisions of Standing Order 134 (Select committees (reports))
be applied to the Report.
Several papers were
ordered to be reported to the House.
