Memorandum by Daventry District Council (WB 05)

  Daventry District Council would support any criteria which promote, identify and meet the interests of local communities and secure effective and convenient local involved government. Issues of community interest and local roads/transport infrastructure must be taken into account.

  We suggest that these be given priority in any case where there may be conflict with equality of representation.
