Government response to
the First Report from the Committee on the Office of the Deputy
Prime Minister: Housing, Planning, Local Government and the Regions
1. On 5th January 2005, the Committee published its
first Report of Session 2004-05 as HC 62, on the Draft Regional
Assemblies Bill. The Government's response, in the form a memorandum
to the Committee from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister,
was received on 8th March 2005.
2. The Government's response is published as an Appendix
to this Report.
