to the Committee's Tenth Report, Session
2003-04, Scientific Publications:
Free for all? On 18 January 2005 the Committee received a memorandum
from the Government which contained a response to the Report.
The memorandum is published without comment as an appendix to
this Report.
The Committee also received a response from the Office
of Fair Trading which is also published without comment as an
appendix to this Report.
