negotiated rates on Cellar Cooling maintenance (85% of estate
are signed up on cellar cooling maintenance programme). Cost to
Licensees: 10 year and above leases £530 per annum. Three
year and below £309 per annum. (As part of this offer replacement
units are free of charge on a 10 year rolling replacement programme
which would cost between £2,500—£4,000 on the
open market)

(£130 package for short term agreements).

of this type of insurance on the free market is considered to
be more costly.

regardless of location and history
— Rating service—No charge to
licensees, costs us £55 per annum, cost on open market in
the region of £600 for five year period.
— Financial assistance with cost of
ingoing/deposit buildings.
LEISURE MACHINES
SERVICES
— Operators comply with exacting standards
of performance.
— Rigorous testing of gaming product
ensuring any new machines maximise income potential.
— We work directly with UK and foreign
manufacturers and software developers to stimulate product initiatives.
— Ensure that all permits and licenses
are in place.
— Licensees do not have to enter into
supply agreement with an Operator for a given term.
— The company ensures that any anti
fraud security upgrades delivered by the Operator.
