Q420 Mr Evans: We have spoken about
income streams. You do not charge your tenants for promotional
material that the brewers and soft drinks companies give to you,
do you?
Mr Tuppen: No.
Q421 Mr Evans: It is all free. Finally,
if you were given a choice by the Government to be either a property
company or a wholesaler what do you think you would choose?
Mr Tuppen: I think we would argue
vehemently to carry on with the excellent system that we have
currently got—
Q422 Mr Evans: Go on!
Mr Tuppen: I am not—
