FRAUD BILL [LORDS] (PROGRAMME) (No. 2)

   That the Order of 12th June 2006 (Fraud Bill [Lords] (Programme)) be varied as follows:
1.   
Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Order shall be omitted.
2.   
Remaining proceedings shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion—
(a)   
two hours after the commencement of proceedings on the Motion for this Order, or
(b)   
at the moment of interruption, whichever is the earlier.
3.   
“Remaining proceedings” means any proceedings on consideration and proceedings on Third Reading.
   The Speaker will put the Question not later than 45 minutes after proceedings begin (Standing Order No. 83A(8) and (9)).

FRAUD BILL [LORDS]: Not amended in the Standing Committee, to be considered.
For Amendments, see separate Paper.
Third Reading will also be taken.
   Proceedings on consideration and Third Reading shall, so far as not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion two hours after the commencement of proceedings on the Fraud Bill [Lords] (Programme) (No. 2) Motion, if that motion is agreed to.

A CITIZENS’ AGENDA—DELIVERING RESULTS FOR EUROPE

   That this House takes note of European Union Document No. 9390/06, Commission Communication: A Citizens’ Agenda—Delivering Results for Europe: and supports the Government’s view that it welcomes the principles behind ‘A Citizens’ Agenda’ and the Commission’s commitment to taking forward the Hampton Court agenda of delivering concrete results and benefits to EU citizens.
