MEMORANDUM SUMMER ADJOURNMENT 2006
Members wishing to table questions in person may do so in the usual way in the Table Office until 7.30 p.m. or the rising
of the House (whichever is earlier) on Tuesday 25th July. Thereafter, they may table oral and written questions electronically
or by post.
TABLING ARRANGEMENTS FOR QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER
Under Standing Order No. 22(6), the Speaker has made the following arrangements for tabling Questions for oral answer in the
first sitting week in October:
* The shuffle will be held at 12.30 p.m.
For further details of last tabling days, see the Order of Questions rota available from the Vote Office and on the Bulletin
Board on the parliamentary intranet at http://intral.parliament.uk/bb/bb.htm.
The results of the shuffles on Monday 2nd October will be published on Tuesday 3rd October in a blue unofficial notice paper
available from the Vote Office and on http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200506/cmordbk2/cmob2.htm
QUESTIONS FOR WRITTEN ANSWER ON A NAMED DAY
The latest time for tabling a Question for written answer on a named day before the Summer Adjournment is 6.30 p.m., or the
rising of the House if earlier, on Thursday 20th July.
