    That the sitting be now adjourned.

    Subjects proposed to be raised on the Motion for the Adjournment:

The sitting will be suspended from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

4.30 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mr David Winnick Ceremonial practices of the House of Commons.

Debate may continue for two and a half hours after 2.30 p.m., not including any periods of suspension owing to divisions being called in the House or a Committee of the whole House (Standing Order No. 10(1)).
