‘(1A)
After the coming into force of this section, any dispute of the nature referred to in

subsection (1) shall be dealt with under the compulsory jurisdiction rules within

the meaning and operation of section 226 of the Financial Services and Markets

Act 2000 (c. 8) (compulsory jurisdiction of the financial ombudsman service).’.
