NEW CLAUSEProhibited uses of information
Mr Edward Garnier NC1 *To move the following Clause:'(1) Subject to subsection (2), a person shall be guilty of an offence if he uses or stores any of the information set out in Schedule 1, paragraphs 4 to 9 in such a manner as to form an index to any file or data retrieval system uunless
(2) The Secretary of State shall not provide any person with information from the Register if he believes that it may be used for a purpose prohibited under subsection (1). (3) A person guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable
ORDER OF THE HOUSE [28th JUNE 2005]That the following provisions shall apply to the Civil Aviation Bill:
Committal 1. The Bill shall be committed to a Standing Committee.
Proceedings in Standing Committee 2. Proceedings in the Standing Committee shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Thursday 7th July 2005.3. The Standing Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it meets.
Consideration and Third Reading 4. Proceedings on consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the day on which those proceedings are commenced.5. Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day. 6. Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to proceedings on consideration and Third Reading. 7. Any other proceedings on the Bill (including any proceedings on consideration of Lords Amendments or on any further messages from the Lords) may be programmed.
ORDER OF THE COMMITTEE [5th JULY 2005]That(1) during proceedings on the Identity Cards Bill the Standing Committee shall (in addition to its first meeting at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday 5th July) meet
(2) the proceedings shall be taken in the following order, namely, Clauses 1 to 3, Schedule 1, Clauses 4 to 45, Schedule 2, new Clauses, new Schedules, remaining proceedings on the Bill; (3) the proceedings shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at 7.00 p.m. on Tuesday 19th July.
