(b) the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland;

(c) the Chief Constable;

(d) the Police Ombudsman;

(e) the victim, where identifiable and practicable in accordance with arrangements made under paragraph 5 of Schedule 1; and

(f) the public, in such manner as the commissioner sees fit.

    (4A)   The commissioner, in the discharge of his duties under subsection (4)(e) and (f), shall give all details of the application save to the extent that this would create an unacceptable danger to the safety of any person.'.
