| | ‘The Secretary of State shall make regulations providing that any employer |

| | responsibility for the administration of payments to that person’s employees of— |

| | (a) | statutory maternity pay, |
|
| | |
| | (c) | additional statutory paternity pay, and |
|
| | (d) | ordinary paternity pay.’. |
