|
| | | 29M | Offences by corporations |
|
| | | (1) | Where a body corporate is guilty of an offence under this Part and it is |
|
| | | shown that the offence was committed with the consent or connivance |
|
| | | of a director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the body, |
|
