Abolition of National Curriculum for England

    '(1)   The National Curriculum for England is hereby abolished.

    (2)   All maintained schools shall have complete freedom over their curriculum.

    (3)   EA 2002 is amended as follows.

    (4)   In section 80 omit subsections (1)(b) and (3)(b).

    (5)   Omit sections 81 to 96.'.
