| | promote the consumption by children of food and drink which may be considered |
|
| | to contribute to their good health and well-being. |

| | (2) | At the end of subsection (4)(a) of section 482 of EA 1996 (Academies) leave out |
|

| | “(aa) | conditions and requirements for the purpose of securing that |
|
| | measures are taken to promote the consumption by children |
|
| | registered at the school of food and drink which may be |
|
|

| | considered to contribute to their good health and well-being, |
