COMMONS DISAGREEMENT AND REASON

 

The Commons disagree to this Amendment for the following Reason—

16A

Because the Commons consider it appropriate that a person applying for a designated

 

document be required at the same time to apply to be entered in the Register and to have an

 

ID Card issued to him

The Lords insist on their Amendments 16 and 22 for the following Reason—

Because the Lords consider it inappropriate that a person applying for a designated

 

document be required at the same time to apply to be entered in the Register and to have an

The Commons insist on their disagreement to Lords Amendments 16 and 22 but propose

 

Amendment 22C in lieu

The Lords insist on their Amendments 16 and 22 and disagree to Amendment 22C

 

proposed by the Commons in lieu for the following Reason—
