NC1 To move the following Clause:— The Secretary of State will issue guidance on information sharing arrangements between police forces and local authorities for the purposes of the protection of children and vulnerable adults under this Act.’. Annette Brooke
110 Schedule 2, page 39, line 28, at end insert— ‘14A Review by IBB of a refusal to bar following a referral— (1) The organisation or individual who made the referral is able to ask for a review of a decision by the IBB not to place an individual on one of the barred lists. (2) IBB will establish the process for reviews to include the involvement by other members not connected with the original decision. (3) The review decision in parargraph (14A)(2) by IBB is final.’. |
