Video-conferencing

Dr. Cable: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many video-conferencing units are installed in (a) the Department and (b) each agency of the Department; what percentage of offices have these facilities in each case; and what plans there are to increase the number. [15809]

Dr. Cable: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what change there was in water consumption by his Department between 2002 and 31 March 2005. [15800]

John Healey: There has been no significant change in water consumption in 1 Horse Guards Road, the only building which is occupied by HM Treasury, during the period in question.

Dr. Cable: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer at which non-office sites on his Department's estates he has identified opportunities for significant water savings. [15798]

John Healey: None. The Treasury has no non-office sites.

Dr. Cable: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much (a) his Department and (b) its agencies spent on (i) water and sewerage services and (ii) electricity in each year from 1997. [15801]
