Mark Williams: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many video conferencing units are installed in (a) the Department and (b) each agency of the Department; what percentage of offices have these facilities in each case; and what plans there are to increase the number of such facilities. There are plans to add facilities for the Youth Justice Agency and Forensic Science.

Mr. Hanson: The information requested is as follows:
John Hemming: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs what guidance she has given the courts on the size of awards for compensation for breaches of the Data Protection Act 1998. [30684]
Ms Harman: The size of any award for compensation payable for damage arising from any failure to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 is a matter for assessment by the courts, taking into account all the relevant circumstances in individual cases.
Charles Hendry: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs if she will take steps to ensure the Department's websites attain the W3C AAA standard of accessibility for people with visual and other disabilities; and if she will set a target date for this standard to be achieved by. [30970]
Ms Harman: My Department follows Government guidelines for UK Government websites. The guidelines currently require websites to meet Level A of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. They also identify a significant number of the Priority Two (AA) and Priority Three (AAA) checkpoints as best practice which Departments should aim to follow. Of the Priority Three checkpoints my Department is working to ensure that the following checkpoints in particular are adhered to by all DCA websites:
ensuring that there is sufficient contrast between foreground and background colours (P3 Checkpoint 2.2);
the provision of skip navigation (P3 Checkpoint 13.6); the provision of search facilities (P3 Checkpoint 13.7);
Mr. Burstow: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs what guidance she has issued on whether privately-run (a) healthcare facilities, (b) prisons, (c) care homes and (d) schools are covered by section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998. [31641]
Ms Harman: Following the recommendation of the Joint Committee on Human Rights in its Seventh Report of Session 200304, the Government issued guidance to local authorities on the use of contractual conditions to ensure that services delivered on behalf of the local authority are provided in a way that takes account of the Human Rights Act 1998.
