Pensions Commission

Lynne Featherstone: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what the timetable is for (a) responding to the Pensions Commission's report and (b) legislating on pensions reform; and if he will make a statement. [40223]

Mr. Timms: The Government plan to publish a White Paper in the spring in response to the Pensions Commission's report. This will set out what legislation will be needed and a planned timetable for reforms.

Pension Credit

Mr. Graham Stuart: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many calls were made by his Department's staff to pensioners in Beverley and Holderness regarding take-up of the pension credit in each of the last 12 months. [40317]

Mr. Timms: The information requested is not available. The Pension Service does not collate such data at constituency level.
