Party Funding

Mike Penning: To ask the Prime Minister what guidance has been prepared on determining whether party political donors are in breach of regulations governing the grant of peerages in return for financial or other assistance; and if he will make a statement. [68797]

Planning

Mr. Hands: To ask the Prime Minister which Minister is responsible for Government decisions as a result of planning inquiries. [69956]

The Prime Minister: Government decisions as a result of planning inquiries will be made by Ministers in the newly created Department for Communities and Local Government.

President Chavez

Mr. Hands: To ask the Prime Minister whether he will be meeting President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela during his visit to the United Kingdom on 15 to16 May. [69917]
