Water Charges

Mr. Hancock: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what the (a) standing charges, (b) cost per litre and (c) other charges levied by each water company in England and Wales are to individual households (i) with and (ii) without water meters. [73324]
