SECOND SPECIAL REPORT
The Administration Committee published its First
Report of Session 2005-06 on Post-election services as HC 777
on 9 January 2006. The response to this Report was received from
the House of Commons Commission on 27 March 2006. It is set out
below. The responses to Recommendations 1-18, 21 and 23-24 come
from the Board of Management and have been agreed by the Commission.
The responses to Recommendations 19 and 20 come from the Advisory
Panel on Members Allowances. The response to Recommendation 22
conveys Mr Speaker's decision on the issue of passes for former
Members.
