2005-06 MEMORANDUM FOR
THE FAC
I attach an Estimates memorandum to be read
alongside the 2005-06 Main Supply Estimate, which will be published
by HM Treasury on Wednesday 25 May.
In accordance with Treasury guidance Michael
Jay, as Accounting Officer, has authorised Ric Todd, as Finance
Director, to sign future Estimates memoranda on his behalf. The
memoranda will continue to be cleared by Michael Jay in near final
draft.
