1   Mr Mitchell has been a Research Fellow at ODI since 2005. Before that he was managing the Local Economic Development project portfolio for the European Commission in South Africa for 4.5 years and before that he was workin as a DFID Technical Cooperation Officer in the role of Development Economist for Mpumalanga Province in South Africa 1996 to 2000. Back
