The Committees deliberated, pursuant to Standing Order No. 137A (1)(b).

Draft Report (Strategic Export Controls: Annual Report for 2004, Quarterly Reports for 2005, Licensing Policy and Parliamentary Scrutiny), proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.

Ordered, That the Chairman's draft Report be considered concurrently, pursuant to Standing Order No. 137A (1)(c).

Ordered, That the Chairman's draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.

Paragraphs 1 to 206 read and agreed to.

The following Annexes to the Report read and agreed:

1. Correspondence between the Quadripartite Committee and the Government

2. Standard Individual Export Licences to Israel issued and refused since 2002

3. The Swedish export control association.

Several papers were ordered to be appended to the Minutes of Evidence.

Ordered, That the Appendices to the Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committee be reported to the House.

Several papers were ordered to be reported to the House.

Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No. 137A(2) be applied to the Report.

Ordered, That embargoed copies of the Report be made available, in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order No.134.
