the Secretary of State for his appearance at the Select Committee
on Transport Local Government and the Regions on 14 November 2001.
The comprise a speaking note and further 'Question and Answer'
type briefing related to Railtrack.[162]
These should have been provided in response to your
letter of 27 October, but unfortunately were overlooked at the
time. They supplement the material provided at flag 3 to my letter
to you of 7 November.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience
caused by this oversight.
