Draft Report (Parking Policy and Enforcement), proposed
by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 315 read and agreed to.
Ordered, That the Annex be attached to the Report.
Motion made, and Question proposed, That the report be the Seventh
Report from the Committee to the House.—(The Chairman.)
