NORTHERN IRELAND GRAND COMMITTEE

Notices of Oral Questions for Tuesday 27th February may be submitted to the Table Office. Notices for inclusion in the ‘shuffle’
should be submitted by 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday 20th February.
Applications for an adjournment debate for Tuesday 27th February should be submitted to the Speaker’s Office by 7.00 p.m.
or the rising of the House (whichever is the earlier) on Monday 19th February. The ballot will take place on Tuesday 20th
February.
FEBRUARY ADJOURNMENT 2007
Members wishing to table questions in person may do so in the usual way in the Table Office until 6.30 p.m. or the rising
of the House, whichever is earlier, on Thursday 8th February. Thereafter, they may table oral and written questions electronically
or by post.
TABLING ARRANGEMENTS FOR QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER
Under Standing Order No. 22(6), the Speaker has made the following arrangements for tabling Questions for oral answer when
the House returns:
* The shuffle will be held at 12.30 p.m.
For further details of last tabling days, see the Order of Questions rota available
from the Vote Office and on the Bulletin Board on the parliamentary intranet at http://intral.parliament.uk/bb/bb.htm. The results of the shuffles on 8th February will be published on 9th February in
a blue unofficial notice paper available from the Vote Office and on http://pubs1.tso.parliament.uk/pa/cm200607/cmordbk2/cmob2.htm. QUESTIONS FOR WRITTEN ANSWER ON A NAMED DAY
The following dates have been specified for the minimum notice for tabling named day written Questions for answer on the first
three days after the adjournment:
