| | (1) | the Committee shall (in addition to its first meeting at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday |

| To move the following Clause:— |

| | ‘(1) | The Secretary of State shall make regulations about any switchover help scheme. |
|
| | (2) | The regulations shall specify or provide criteria for determining eligibility under |
|
| | |
| | (3) | Regulations under this section— |
|
| | (a) | shall be made by statutory instrument, and |
|
|
|
| |
| |
|
| | (b) | may not be made unless a draft has been laid before and approved by |
|
| | resolution of each House of Parliament.’. |
|
| |
| | Commencement and duration |
|
| |
| |
| |
| | |
| To move the following Clause:— |
|
| | ‘(1) | Section 1 shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order |
|
| | |
| | (2) | No information may be disclosed under section 1 after the end of the initial |
|
| | |
| | (3) | In this section “the initial period”, means the period of six years beginning with |
|
| | the day on which section 1 comes into force.’. |

| | |
| |

| |
| | |
| To move the following Clause:— |
|
| | ‘The Secretary of State shall annually lay before Parliament a report on the |
|
| | progress of any digital switchover help scheme.’. |
|
