| | brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day. |

| | 6. | Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to |
|
| | proceedings on consideration and Third Reading. |

| | 7. | Any other proceedings on the Bill (including any proceedings on |
|
| | consideration of Lords Amendments or on any further messages from the |
|
| | Lords) may be programmed. |

| | ‘(2A) | In the application of the subsidiary objectives set out in subsection (2) above, the |
|
| | Commission must have regard to the choices expressed by the parent with care |
|
| | and the non-resident parent, and if, in a particular case, the non-resident parent |
|
| | chooses the making of voluntary arrangements, that choice shall be disregarded |
|
| | if the parent with care chooses to use the statutory scheme.’. |
