Smacking

Mr. Spellar: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what assessment he has made of the implementation of the law on smacking. [109076]

Jim Knight: The Government will review the operation of section 58 of the Children Act in 2007.

Special Educational Needs

Mr. Gibb: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how many (a) primary and (b) secondary schools fall within each percentage point in terms of the proportion of pupils attending the school who have special educational needs. [108835]
