(1) Offences under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ss. 16, 81, 84, 86, 88 7 89; Motor Vehicles (Speed Limits on Motorways) Regs. 1973; Parks Regulation (Amendment) Act 1926—byelaws made there under.
(2) Rounded to the nearest £10.
(3) Or less.
Notes:
1. Standard Rate maximum fine is Level 3 (£1,000).
2. It is known that for some police force areas, the reporting of court proceedings in particular those relating to summary motoring offences, may be less than complete. Work is under way to ensure that the magistrates courts case management system being implemented by the Department for Constitutional Affairs reports all motoring offences to the Office for Criminal Justice Reform. This will enable more complete figures to be disseminated.
3. Every effort is made to ensure that the figures presented are accurate and complete. However, it is important to note that these data have been extracted from large administrative data systems generated by the courts and police forces. As a consequence, care should be taken to ensure data collection processes and their inevitable limitations are taken into account when these data are used.

Terrorism Act

David Davis: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many of the individuals arrested and detained since 1 August 2006 under the Terrorism Act 2006 for a period of up to and including 28 days have since been re-arrested. [108823]

John Reid: The statistics requested are not available as the police do not routinely collate information on re-arrests under terrorism legislation.

Wounding Victims

Lynne Featherstone: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many victims there were of (a) unlawful woundings and (b) wounding with intent in each of the last six years in London, broken down by borough operational command unit. [115987]

Mr. McNulty: The available information relates to offences of more and less serious wounding recorded by the police and is given in the following tables.

The ‘more serious wounding’ classification includes offences of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm. However, these offences cannot be separately identified from other offences which are recorded within this classification.
