Draft Report (The Work of the Committee in 2005-06), proposed
by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 20 read and agreed to.
Annex agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the First Report of the Committee
to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
A Paper was ordered to be appended to the Report.
Ordered, That the Appendix to the Report be reported to
the House.
[Adjourned till Monday 15 January at twenty past four o'clock.
