Review to the Draft Climate Change Bill), proposed by the
Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the
draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 115 read and agreed to.
Amendment proposed, paragraph 116, line 3 of the
paragraph, delete the word "indicative".—(Martin
Horwood.)
