1. The performance report to Defra should
reflect that to the BW Board whilst recognising that there may
be differences in the level of detail and overall emphasis/balance
of the content. The key areas to be covered are as follows:

Customers/Stakeholders | Measure(s) of stakeholder satisfaction, based on customer survey

Assets | Asset Condition; consequence of failure; unscheduled closure

Waterways Standards | percent% of minimum acceptable standards met by region and functions
