Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1.1 to 10.7 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 10.8 read. Amendment proposed, in line
1, to leave out the words "and we now clear the documents."
and to insert the words "given the political importance of
the documents, we recommend them for debate in European Standing
