The Committee considered this matter.

Gareth Thomas MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, and Kevin Davis, Senior Policy Adviser, Package Travel, Timeshare and Holiday Clubs, Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, gave evidence.

2. Scrutiny of Documents

The Committee considered this matter.

Draft Report, proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.

Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.

Paragraphs 1.1 to 12 read and agreed to.

Resolved, That the Report be the Thirty-Seventh Report of the Committee to the House.
