Oral questions - Lord Ezra to ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to increase gas storage capacity; Baroness Turner of Camden to ask Her Majesty's Government whether adequate specialist therapy is available to patients leaving hospital following strokes, in particular speech therapy; and what steps they are taking to ensure such therapy is available in all areas. Baroness Massey of Darwen to ask Her Majesty's Government how they plan to increase the uptake of the Child Trust Fund; Lord Jenkin of Roding to ask Her Majesty's Government whether Ministers decided not to follow advice from officials on the impact on the finances of pension schemes of the abolition of tax credits.

Oral questions - Baroness Gardner of Parkes to ask Her Majesty's Government how many home inspectors there are who are qualified to issue energy performance certificates required to market homes for sale after 1 June 2007; and how home owners wishing to sell privately will know how and where to make contact in their area. Baroness Noakes to ask Her Majesty's Government when they will publish the report on the costs of identity cards which was due by 31 March 2007 under the terms of section 37 of the Identity Cards Act 2006; Lord Anderson of Swansea to ask Her Majesty's Government whether, in response to the defeat of the Gambling (Geographical Distribution of Casino Premises Licences) Order 2007 in the House of Lords on 28 March, they will introduce two Orders separating the supercasinos from the other proposed casinos.

Oral questions - Lord Pearson of Rannoch to ask Her Majesty's Government whether, in view of the federal government of Switzerland's calculation that Swiss membership of the European Union would be nine times more expensive than Switzerland's current bilateral arrangements with the European Union, a similar position applies to the United Kingdom's membership of the European Union; Lord Tyler to ask Her Majesty's Government when the conclusions of the internal Department for Constitutional Affairs examination of different electoral systems in the United Kingdom will be published; Lord Lee of Trafford to ask Her Majesty's Government what is their response to the impact of climate change on the United Kingdom's tourism industry.

Oral questions - Viscount Falkland to ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to place appropriate limits on the number of betting shops, particularly in inner cities; Lord Newby to ask Her Majesty's Government whether the relocation of the Office for National Statistics to Newport can be undertaken without disruption to the production of key economic and social statistics; Baroness Miller of Chilthorne Domer to ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will make the Olympic site an exemplar site of sustainable development; and whether any features of the current design recognise the features already on site that could be exemplars of sustainable city living; Lord Craig of Radley to ask Her Majesty's Government whether the two inquiries set in hand by the Secretary of State for Defence on 16 April following the seizure of Royal Navy and Royal Marine personnel by the Iranian authorities on 23 March have been completed.

Lord Faulkner of Worcester to ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will establish a Royal Commission on the Constitution. Lord Janner of Braunstone to ask the Chairman of Committees what progress has been made in the cleaning of the exterior of the Palace of Westminster; and when this work will be completed.

Oral questions-Baroness Murphy to ask Her Majesty's Government what progress they have made in developing a national monitoring system of critical health outcomes for people with a mental health condition or learning disability following the reports by the Disability Rights Commission and Mencap; Lord Naseby to ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will review the denial of some National Health Service treatment to certain obese people and smokers, given that treatment is provided to drug addicts, alcoholics and those suffering from anorexia; Lord Roberts of Conwy to ask Her Majesty's Government whether the expected reduction in the growth of public expenditure following the Spending Review will provide scope to reduce the corporate tax burden and improve British competitiveness.

Oral question - Lord Ashley of Stoke to ask Her Majesty's Government what are the reasons for the low take-up of the disability living allowance; Lord Clement-Jones to ask Her Majesty's Government what mechanisms are in place in the National Health Service to ensure that cancer patients are aware of the financial support available to them through the benefits system; Lord Harrison to ask Her Majesty's Government whether, since other transport museums are open to the public free of charge, they will consider granting free entry to the National Waterways Museums at Ellesmere Port, Gloucester Docks and Stoke Bruerne.
