Oral questions - Lord Naseby to ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have taken any action since June 2006 to curtail or prosecute those persons promoting the activities of the proscribed organisation Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (Tamil Tigers); Lord Taverne to ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to promote family planning as part of the campaign to reduce poverty in Africa; Lord Dubs to ask Her Majesty's Government what further discussions there have been either directly or through the European Union or the United Nations with the government of Israel to ensure that the teams clearing cluster munitions in South Lebanon have access to the co-ordinates of the shells fired last year by the Israeli army; Baroness D'Souza to ask Her Majesty's Government whether in 2001 NATO member states, including the United Kingdom, granted blanket over-flight clearances and access to airfields to United States military aircraft involved in operations against terrorism; and whether the Government were then aware that such operations included the transfer of detainees.
