** On these Fridays Private Members' Bills have precedence. Proceedings will commence at 9.35 a.m. Only the first Bill is certain to be debated. If the debate ends before 2.30 p.m., the second Bill and, possibly, subsequent Bills may be debated in the time remaining. After 2.30 p.m., only those Bills which are unopposed may make further progress.

   That leave be given to bring in a Bill to make provision to protect children’s privacy in the media; to make provision for the protection of children from avoidable emotional distress resulting from participating in, or being the subject of, media programmes or reports; or for connected purposes.
