Future Business Part D: Other Future Business

Includes the business announced by the Leader of the House (which may be changed up to the rising of the House on the day before it is to be taken and is therefore provisional.)

For Remaining Orders and Notices see Part C of this Paper. For Notices of Business to be taken in European Committees see Part E of this Paper.

** On these Fridays Private Members' Bills have precedence. Proceedings will commence at 9.35 a.m. Only the first Bill is certain to be debated. If the debate ends before 2.30 p.m., the second Bill and, possibly, subsequent Bills may be debated in the time remaining. After 2.30 p.m., only those Bills which are unopposed may make further progress.

†† On these days Private Members' Bills do not have precedence and the Bill cannot make progress.

   That leave be given to bring in a Bill to provide for no-fault compensation for personal injury in road traffic accidents where liability cannot be established.
Tuesday 25th November
Kerry McCarthy
   That leave be given to bring in a Bill to make provision to protect children’s privacy in the media; to make provision for the protection of children from avoidable emotional distress resulting from participating in, or being the subject of, media programmes or reports; or for connected purposes.
