   The Tenth Report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights of Session 2007-08, Counter-Terrorism Policy and Human Rights (Ninth Report): Annual Renewal of Control Orders Legislation 2008, HC 356, is relevant.
   The Speaker will put the Question necessary to dispose of proceedings one and a half hours after their commencement (Standing Order No. 16(1)).
